		<description><![CDATA[I think there is a bit more to it than &#039;massive oversupply&#039;. The cause of the oversupply is a massive takeover bid from China - which has already succeeded. It maybe seen as a kind of loss-leader approach to cornering the solar manufacturing market. Note that both the US and the EU have recognised this &amp; the US has already placed import tarrifs on the subsidised PV panels. The Chinese have taken clever advantage of the general economic downturn to remove most of the foreign competition while the industry is still relatively small.]]></description>
