I can not answer mails anymore. I have to send a new mail every time I want to answer a mail I got. This really sucks!

Since the change over to outlook-somehow my facebook profile picture has been pulled through to the new outlook…so everytime I send an email the image appears in the top left had corner? I have deleted it in the profiles screen of face book and there is no image in the profile of outlook-and yet it still happens? any idea???

Honestly, Outlook is absolutely terrible. I have to to spend at least 10 minutes refreshing the page first before I can click anything and get a response. Not the most convenient thing ever when I get at least 25 emails a day due to my job.

Ever since the merger I’ve had nothing but issues, especially trying to sign in. If this keeps up I will change to Yahoo

There is a “forward” I had trouble finding it too. Click on the little down arrow next to “reply” when it drops down it gives you options of – Reply, Reply to all and Forward.
I’m having problems too.
Very frustrating isn’t it?

Transition from Hotmail to Outlook a failure. Can no longer “Forward” a message to anybody after receiving it, not even an option on tool bar to do so

easy fix. I can not open my emails on the already converted outlook mail. I opened a yahoo acount, which has a very friendly interface, easy to use, easy to sign up on and easy to move all my contacts. Don’t stress just switch.

nothing has been done to correct my problem. I am having problems moving read mail

Can I have hotmail back please? It did just the job I needed for over 10 years; although I used to have authentication problems, none recently. But Outlook has reinstated some email addresses I had deleted and persists in only allowing me to select them in random order instead of alphabetical on the first name. And I don’t like the layout. Is there another free service I can easily migrate my accounrt to?
