Like everything else in Washington it came down to the 11th hour (literally), but that&#039;s to be expected these days. Now to work on extending it for a few years, rather than 12 months, and developing a longer-term phase-out framework.

It&#039;s also quite significant that the PTC will be applied to projects that are BEGUN in 2013, not only to those that are in operation.]]></description>
