		<description><![CDATA[I think you will also see companies finally starting to understand what customers want when they give their data to them.  We want companies to be smart, understand what I want, and what I am going to want, and be able to coach me through my next three to four purchases when even i don&#039;t know what they are going to be.  patterns have always existed but have only been recognized by those in the business 20+ years.  I think big data will finally give that knowledge to the lackeys on the phone and behind the registers.]]></description>
