All information not validated needs to be clearly labeled as not validated and civil and criminal charges may apply for spreading unvalidated information as if it was true. Espesially second hand sources need to be held accountable.
Both individuals and corperations that profit by the systems (multipliers) need to be held accountable criminaly and civil crimes on the books. They just have not been enforced as if the internet never existed.
