They did come out with a remote control product, but it had a weak database of devices and no learning capability, which really handicapped it. Now they have essentially abandoned that product and are hoping to make a go with the Galaxy Tab integration. Galaxy Tabs are popular, so the Peel app is out there now, but it doesn’t seem that they have an overwhelming array of users even with that automatic install base. With $25MM of paid-in capital, these guys need a big exit, and they seem to be struggling.
