So they basically dumped me with a phone they new would be obsolete in 2 weeks for the same cost as the 4. Ordered on one day, said 2-5 days for shipping only on webiste…after 48 hours of no response I pinged them every time…….as there is no grievance system…….0 follow up on 3 requests then got I am checking a week later……..another round, no responses…..then 3 weeks later it hit my debit card and said en route…….no follow up or over night for free…….just here ya go. 4 weeks……to get a phone that 2 days Later i see the 4 announced.
