		<description><![CDATA[Nokia Maps is Navteq for all practical purposes. Given that they power most of the high-end car GPS systems, they are probably the established player in this technology. Google has fantastic environmental data, while Nokia probably has the best mapping data.

Somebody will pick up Nokia when they realize how strategic this data is!]]></description>
