Kurion does not have any customers or clients, does not have any new investors, has performed poorly on two construction projects that were several million dollars over budget due to mismanagement, negligence and incompetence, and has laid off and is continuing laying off most of its staff.

Kurion has not aggressively proved its products and technology, and has not established a market, customers or clients for its products and / or technology.
