Google is famous for spinning numbers and making things look much better than they are. They say they’re selling almost 1,000,000 tablets a month. But they are including the galaxy note in that figure. They say nearly 30% have the most recent android OS. But it’s really 2.7%. Don’t believe a word you hear from them

True smartphones are advancing so fast it’s not viable for the manufacture to support every device, if you wont the latest software for Android pick up a quad core smartphone or tablet at least that way you will be future proof for a year or two :)

“Almost 70% of Google Phones, Tablets using ancient 1.x or 2.x versions of Android” would be a more appropriate headline.
