LinkedIn’s popular career building and job search site has been offline for a short time Monday morning. There’s not a ton of information available yet, so stay tuned.

Updated: LinkedIn’s site is down Monday morning. LinkedIn tweeted a status message at about 8:10 a.m. PDT.

There’s not a lot of (or really any) information available, so we’ll update as needed. This snafu comes on the heels of several service outages — of Google App Engine, of Amazon Web Services, in the past few weeks.

Update: as of 8:43 a.m. PDT, LinkedIn is back online.

  1. What is it with LinkedIn? In in South Africa, the package has been available for years. Where is the manual or an Idiots Guide. What is this program all about. I’ve wasted weeks trying to figure hwat to do.
