You may want to look at things from a PCAST point of view.. ie that spectrum is a “current of the realm” and is independent of party.. We also know that putting our “spectrum currency” to work is smart and is good for our Country. Truth is that building some bridges to move the US spectrum policy forward is just want we need! Dan

Stacey.. Don’t take Blair’s half smiling spectrum sharing “quip” from the SuperWiFi summit out of context.. or assume that Harold’s “grinch” comment means that there is malice there–verses incompetence.. Post election, our country’s law makers are polarized enough as it is..

In the case of access to the web via an ISP or access to spectrum there are competitive issues at play that distort the market. The question is how would each side deal with that?
