I think it will be an iterative solutions prior to Google Glass and other more embedded & controllable technologies hit main stream.

Seems like there’d be a lot of legal issues around this. If I do something illegal, can the police subpoena this? Is this admissible as a alibi? What if I inadvertently photograph a cop? If I’m 17 and go to the bathroom, am I carrying child porn? Could sex offenders be required to wear one?

I think this is an amazing idea, I can see it being really useful during travel. This could allow for a person to capture a unique experience, not have to pull out the camera phone or camera and just be present as they know they will have a number of images captured. As long as the device takes high quality photos, I see this being a hit.
