		<description><![CDATA[This is good news.  The LTE networks are proving patchy at best, as noted, and in terms of doing business this will only hold things up. As an interim measure the smooth switch between LTE and 3G is crucial to making the most of the increased mobility which CIOs are being told they must provide for their workforces ( http://ow.ly/eujrg ).  I for one applaud it as it is amazing how many problems which are not of my creation and beyond my powers to rectify can be laid at my door.  This may be one which I can tick off hte list in the near future.]]></description>
