		<description><![CDATA[I think it&#039;s rather romantic to suggest that user-generated sites are a great place for would-be writers to be recognized and elevated if they do good work. Good for Miller that he was plucked out of obscurity, but I doubt it happens on a regular basis. In fact, most content mills couldn&#039;t care less about finding and cultivating real talent (assuming they could actually recognize it). Why buy the cow when the milk is free?]]></description>
