		<description><![CDATA[On the one hand micro-targeting might (just maybe) provide voters with information that is more relevant to their own political priorities. On the other hand I can&#039;t help but wonder how much this IT arms race contributes to the rising cost of campaigns. It&#039;s not like Web and mobile are replacing traditional media; campaigns are still spending on TV ads as well. This is an important story - it would be great to see more about the economics.]]></description>
