What is one thing that you always carry when your are stepping out?
Let me help you it is :
a) Wallet (purse)
b) Mobile phone.

Hence mobile is one device which every individual carries along even while he steps out. Moreover these days mobiles have become more of an identity representing you.

If you are looking for mobile payment solutions which can even work offline..

It my company which will help you achieve that.

IT WOULD NOT REQUIRE AN INFRASTRUCTURE CHANGE :

We provide solutions with your present handsets (no need for Smart phones) or a different pos terminal.

to find out more you can mail me jagdish.rohit.87@gmail.com

The posted statistics from LevelUp are not correct. They have almost 4,000 locations, not all active. NFC is not available now and not available in the near future. They did however launch a PR push to announce NFC integration. NFC will not be available for quite sometime, potentially never considering the cost to change all the hardware it would take to make the change. They also only have 7 real cities available. 1 location IMHO should not count towards an available market.
