Why the same old tired argument about "free spectrum"? Doesn't everyone realize that the early cellular licenses were also "free". I am a LPTV broadcaster and last time I checked there was nothing free about building out a digital TV station. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars building out digital TV stations and the FCC would like to take this spectrum away and auction off to wireless carriers that will just warehouse spectrum. This is the biggest illegal land grab in the history of the FCC.
