Att worst ever I had both my phones for 8 months now they tell u one then do another they said when I got the phones I pick a package right for me Wichita Isis oh it’s going to 150 month for both phones wormhole I been paying over 200 to 300 hundred dollars a month. Rip off

yeah also and you guys coming at att with i have unlimted dat get real , you know that since 2009 att has been trying to shake you , why haven you gone to another carrier? well because they arnt going to give it toyou, you know that your home servi is giving you unlimited why not get shitty there? the reason this service and the phons are so expensive is becasue you guys are willing to pay for it and act like you need ist so bad. you dont you really dont.facetime facebook etc is not theat big of a deal and unless you rea in government or are making 250 g plus you arnt that importent to need acelluraphone with facetime all the time so stop paying for it. the more you demand it the more value it has , att will never give it to you for free unles you say its worhless.an you can only do that buy not paying for it , cancel your service. just stop .look at home net ervice , they tried to charge people per mb or gb or even kb but when pwopl stopped buying it and dint pay bills home servie providers stopped pulling that garbage.
cell service i a little different , you guys all run around and wonder why 20 years into this you get dropped calls but neve questioned why your car radio got static???because thats how it works period , cb users know you xpect some sort of roayal hand job from thix company that told you from the get go they will change the service if they see fit.
so one get over yourself your not that person who has to have some sort of bs feature apple made up that was already there from other programmers a, two your arguing that att verizon owes ou something because your phone came with some sort of program thats like saiying im suing california because they wont let me drive backwards on a free way , my car can go in reverse why cant i drive that way?? three the only way to get a bizness o do something is choke them out , like they are trying to choke you , you dont arguee you just say oh well then im not signing up or im going to cancel? etf well pay it n the long run they are the ones who are going to loose money dont point that out , they will figure it out on their own and come running back with unlimited data and the fccc will open up those side channels etc that they need pushing us back further in the ole we crted by asking some company for some buls we didnt need them to charge us and we had on our own , whats that you say ??? well its called airwaves and if we were smart we would have fought for them from the beginning and not let companies own them but hey its too late for that.

well no one is stopping you from using wifi or your own internet connection at hone and att dosent block skype or like programs yet and the main argument that people re using when they complain is they cant use their unlimited data plan. so its like this guys no one is stopping you from emailing people somthing the deaf can use as far as blind people well you cn make a call sothe diabled argument can get shot down very easily . if you really want to put it to att or verizon just simply stop using their service . thats it .just stop . once they start loosing customers they will go ahead and let you win thats the only real way to vot with a bussines. just dont give them any money. yo may owe them cash for canceling b tin the long rum deciding not to use the servis wil be the only thing thees guys will understand, dont argue with them just quit.

ATT reps actually had the nerve nerve to blame iOs 6 for blocking facetime for thosd of us on unlimited grandfathered plans.
They need to put customer loyalty over profit. As a loyal ATT customer through ALL generations of iPhones I pay ATT more monthly for wireless and U-VERSE than my health insurance!!! Time for an “Affordable Cellular and Cable Act.

AT&T should have to answer to congress for their schemes. I’m a single person with unlimited text and data that I signed up for four years ago. So if I want to FaceTime anywhere, I have to drop my plan and sign up for a shared “limited” data plan, when I have no family to utilize this plan with.

AT&T told me flat out that they do not value me as a customer because I am a “detriment to their network” the only reason I am still with them is because I have been with them for so long that I have a descent plan and unlimited, although now throttled, data plan. AT&T is a terrible company.

The FCC should deal harshly with AT&T on this issue. If AT&T is allowed to get away with this it marks the beginning of the end of the free and open Internet. To ensure access sites will have to pay service providers. Sites will obtain this money from their users. No more free services like YouTube and Facebook.
