when you make phones as big as Android phones then it's overly difficult to add extra antennas to pull simultaneous voice & data on Verizon & Sprint network. But when you're trying to make a phone that's thin, light, and yet powerful then there's trade-offs as to what can be stuffed in that chassis. I'm not saying one way is right or wrong. That's just the way it is. In my opinion, the iPhone 5 still looks like a great phone.

The number of iPhones sold while very impressive is not surprising. Consider the millions of iPhones that were NOT sold in August or early September while everyone waited to see what the next big thing was. So its taller, thinner, faster with a better display, BUT, can't do simultaneous Voice (3G) and Data (4G LTE) at the same time or VoLTE at all. Something that every Android phone can pretty much do.

Still Apple hype machine at its best to drum up the stock value, yet 2 million sold in 24 hours, but HOW many will SHIP by September 30th? Forgot how many millions they will sell by EOM/EOQ in September, again how many can they actually ship this quarter. If they miss their guidance numbers, then they missed them, period.

Of course my iP5 64GB Black on Verizon won't be here until 9-26 or sooner, so says my Verizon order. The VoLTE and Voice/Data hasn't been an issue for 16 years on Verizon but its still embarrassing that Android can do it and the iPhone can't.
