We had the opportunity interviewing the team from CarePlanners – Kristen Brophy and Rachel Backer, MSW for our fall program, healthcare caregivers innovators interview series. As a caregiver, a clinical pharmD, there services are definitely needed for those who can afford it. our health system is overwhelming confusing for healthcare experts, imagine the patients, the lay person. We have awesome services however so fragmented and disjointed. I haven’t used their services but it seems like a wonderful idea.

There are more and more services, mhealth, chealth innovations surging the market. Excited to see how they if they do, impact and improved patients health and outcomes.
