		<description><![CDATA[Correct that IP location has been available for a few years, serving well the desktop market.  But the world is mobile now and increasingly so.  The innovation is the COMBINATION of old and new location technologies into a single platform, what I have been calling Location-as-a-Service (LaaS) for many years.  Combining technologies old and new (car + electricity, etc) represents a form of innovation, even when using older ingredients in the recipe.]]></description>
