In the top 5, only Costco and IKEA actually have invested capital funds to own and operate their systems, while the others simply allow outside investors to use their roof space in return for the power at a discounted rate.
I am a true solar advocate and this is not meant to disparage anyone’s efforts, but there is a big difference when you will actually spend your own green to BE green.
