The biggest problem with them is their selection. Right now they have a total of about 8 smartphones, and two more labeled as coming soon (only counting the various models of the iPhone as one.)

The prices, customer service, and coverage are all pretty good. Especially in the smaller cities and towns that surround Green Bay. In my small town there are people with AT&T, Verizon, and other major carriers, but they don’t seem to have nearly as good of coverage. The major carriers care more about the bigger cities. Cellcom seems to care just as much no matter where you live in their market.
