Facebook is a different type of social network. The similar interface makes it easier for people to use the site, since so many people are well informed on using facebook. The major difference though it is a website where you can create quizzes, upload assignments, and interact with your students on a personal, but non-intrusive, level. I am a teacher, and I am showing other teachers how to use it. It is an amazing free software.
