		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve long held that while others have been first with putting NFC into their devices and doing NFC payments through the phones, it won&#039;t be until Apple says you can do it with the iPhone that merchants will go out of their way to get on board with allowing NFC payments.

Apple&#039;s user share (not to mention mindshare) is so large that when they start doing something everyone takes notice. Even if someone else already did it before them.]]></description>
