I use ooVoo with Bitrix24 (which is free) and it’s sooo much better than Skype.

In full disclosure, they’d asked me to consult on some marketing stuff, and I hadn’t been familiar with them yet. I’d been using Skype to work with clients around the globe. However, when I got to know the ooVoo app, I became a fan. With ooVoo I can record my sessions without downloading a third-party app and I can upload directly to YouTube = WIN.
