Since april ’12,when boost moile began elimating nextel towers in my area of s.w.Va,service here has gotten continually worse.I and several friends & family in this area are all having problems with dropped calls,very low to no signal.we’ve been boost customers for several years,had no problems before.Ikve had an open ticket with tech-support for going on 2 months.I now have some signal while at home,but travel less than 3 miles in same area code(visiting family or friends) and be completely out of service.its really frustrating!If don’t improve very soon,I know quite a few boost customers getting ready to also give up & switch.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF BOOST SENCE 2009 AN ON THE 29TH ON JULY I HAD NO MORE SERVICE I HAVE TRIED TO GET BOOST TO HELP ME WITH GETTING A NEW PHONE OR SOMETHING BUT NO LUCK I HAVE TRIED OTHER ONES I HAVE HAD 3 FACTORY DEFECK PHONE I HAVE TO TAKE BACK AND I NEED MY PHONE MY MOM IS VERY SICK TERMANAL WITH CANCER AND I NEED A GOOD PHONE TO WORK IN AND OUT OF HOUSE IN MOUNT ANGEL AREA PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP ME MY EMAIL IS fatgirlbg11@gmail.com

So 1.5 million iPhone solds, and 40% are new to Sprint, that’s 600,000 new customers. How does that square with the claim that there were only 442,000 new CDMA customers? Did you mean 442,000 NET new CDMA customers?

Yep, it’s a typo. That would be an incredibly low target and Sprint’s network is already well beyond that in coverage. Thanks for catching. Fixing now
