History teaches that prior to instituting an income tax, the U.S. Govt’ paid for its operations from tariffs collected on imports. Might be time to review the alternatives. Might mean fewer toys.

A loan recipient has to meet a series of goals to keep on drawing on the loan. So if you meet goal # 1, then you can use a certain amount of the loan awarded to you. And more money if you hit goal #2. But then, say, you can’t hit goal #3, then you don’t get any more money. Abound was able to get money until it wasn’t able to meet a certain goal(s).

Very tired of folks complaining about Chinese pricing. It’s Chinese costs you should be worrying about. They are getting really low and making it very difficult for thin film (any thin film) to compete.

Cheap solar prices may be a bane to mfgs, but it simply awesome for society at large.
