They clearly understand their customer and the talent it takes to acquire and retain those customers. Hence, their new workspace in Vegas. In running a fast-growing coworking+ company in Austin, Cospace, I’ve learned some of those same lessons. It’s a talent game … getting talent to acquire, serve, and retain our customers (entrepreneurs, independents, business owners), In our case, much of the talent *is* our customer.
