It would be extremely prude for Amazon to actually look at how long it took Tracfone to first get 'rep', and be trusted as an MVNO (as you hold the examples to be). but..
Hypothetically: Amazon would want to team up with Tracfone, to appease Slim into entering an arrangement with all of America Movil's communications subsidiaries. MVNO'ing off an MVNO, as you suggested might very well appease a lot of channels, AT&T included (as AT&T have major shares in AMX).
Amazon + mobile convenience = revenue +++
Would love to see it happen.

Amazon isn't only a virtual mobile operator (albeit a "lite" one), it's an Internet operator in a much broader sense. It's the fourth largest content delivery network provider, and already 1% of Internet traffic goes through Amazon servers. Content and connectivity are mixing. And Amazon is one of the very big players out there.
