I totaly agree with David Barton regarding his article in The Jefferson Lies on the Jefferson-Hemings Report. I would like you to contact me and find out how Mr. Jefferson is being maligned in the name of historical revisionism and political correctness. You will be astounded and disgusted at what is being done by Monticello, Annette Gordon-Reed and others that undermine Mr. Jefferson’s great legacy. I have the inside facts of this study because I was Dr. E.A. Foster’s assistant and have many inside e-mails from Nature, Foster, Dan Jordan, the Thomas Jefferson Foundation (they have dropped “Memorial” from their title because their mission has now changed, not honoring Mr. Jefferson but the slaves there. Dr Foster absolutely REFUSED to tell Nature Journal that the man he was testing, John Weeks Jefferson, had always claimed descent NOT from Thomas but his much younger brother, Randolph, known to the Eston Hemings family as “uncle Randolph.”
