totally. one can acquire customers and vendors so many ways, perhaps a self service model just made more sense than a boilerroom. pretty basic business learning. sounds like Bob is a guy who got canned, which is tough, so I feel for him. but jeez, folks gotta make their companies successful, and this does involve making painful decisions on occasion.

I believe they know the new direction they will be heading. It is mainly learning and optimizing for the better.

What a spin. They fired sales and marketing because the oooo so amazing engineering team created a weak product. No value. No one wants it. This is an example of poor ego driven leadership with zero business experience. The business failed period. They dont have one real client.
