I worked for Brad at Yahoo!... he was a fantastic boss. He assembled a strong team, concentrating on hiring people often with very different skills from his own. He didn&#039;t make everyone a fan, but that is rarely possible when you are effective in a large company. His group at Yahoo! far outperformed the overall company in engagement and revenue. As far as Aol, I consider his work to be some of the better stuff Aol did in the last few years (TechCrunch acquisition, Editions, renewed focus on mobile, etc). Anyway, I am a big fan of his, and I think YouSendIt is very lucky to have him.]]></description>
