I think what SP is getting at is that T-Mobile could shut down all of Metro&#039;s networks, convert everything to LTE and then run carrier-grade VoIP over it. That&#039;s exactly what Metro is eventually planning. The problem is it will take a while. And in my opinion you don&#039;t go to the enormous cost and trouble of buying an operator simply to cannibalize its spectrum.]]></description>
