Thanks Jan, to me it looks like this will work best when the set of people to whom the email is going to be sent is going to remain pretty much fix. For example, in cases where company update is being sent to all employees or something similar. In cases where the recipient list is going to be dynamic during the email conversation usability is going to be questionable

Hi Anup, of course you can still escalate by adding more people or SquadMail folders in the CC list. We want to enrich email while keeping all existing possibilities intact.

Interesting idea however not sure about the usability about the same. For example, what if I would like to add few more addresses to the email thread which is already being exchanged (which is a normal scenario say in cases of escalations), I mean every time I will need to go back and keep on modifying the collaborator addresses which is more time consuming activity as compared to simply adding/removing addresses when replying/forwarding. Also it would be interesting to see how this is going to work on hand held devices given the number of folders one is going to have.

Interesting service, but first impression is negative, if after 5 minutes of use you have to email their support group for directions. Basically, we cannot get any shared folder to show up in any email client, which renders the entire service useless for us.

Seems like a tool long overdue, once the domain name can be chosen freely I will try it for my company
