For example, what if I would like to add few more addresses  to the email thread which is already being exchanged (which is a normal scenario say in cases of escalations), I mean every time I will need to go back and keep on modifying the collaborator addresses which is more time consuming activity as compared to simply adding/removing addresses when replying/forwarding. Also it would be interesting to see how this is going to work on hand held devices given the number of folders one is going to have.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Interesting service, but first impression is negative, if after 5 minutes of use you have to email their support group for directions.  Basically, we cannot get any shared folder to show up in any email client, which renders the entire service useless for us.]]></description>
