CISPA is WAY worse than SOPA. Both suck, but only CISPA puts EVERY internet user’s privacy at risk. SOPA just put websites which might be categorized as enabling copyright/trademark infringement at risk. The range of bullshit stories the FBI/NSA can cook up under CISPA to seize massive amounts of user data that would otherwise be protected is much more problematic to a much larger group of people than anything SOPA threatened.
