		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t understand why the article says Verizon&#039;s sale would &quot;sound the death knell&quot; for interoperable LTE across U.S. carriers’ networks. The article doesn&#039;t explain it, and it doesn&#039;t make any sense. If Verizon were going to deploy the A Block, it would have already begun doing so given the stringent buildout deadlines that will be coming do soon. The A Block would be interoperable already except that it is subject to interference issues that don&#039;t affect the other blocks in the same way.]]></description>
