I’m not too familiar with the playing field in Europe but I do know that European companies have legal challenges when dealing with U.S. providers. The Patriot Act and European privacy laws do not walk hand and hand.

I would how players like Rackspace who have European operations as well as U.S. properties deal with these issues.
