It’s great that GigaOM is covering this area of the world editorially. It will certainly act as a catalyst for those who have potential to shine without needing to escape to Silicon Valley. I hope you will also act as an independent, impartial commentator and coach, sifting the brilliant ideas from the marketing hype. I fear that in many European countries the marketing and sales of many start-ups are so poor as to be useless.
