Already a lot of business service providers operate in the cloud. I imagine enterprises will move more of their apps there as well, but obviously the more sensitive stuff will stay in-house for a while.

There will not be a one size fits all, nor do I see large organizations moving all of their Apps into the Cloud for numerous reasons that have already been mentioned. At the rate at which Cloud computing adoption is growing, I think we are going to see more vendors driving down the costs, and fast commoditizing the space. The big challenge is in securing your data regardless of where it is.

All tru in consumer facing apps, but most companies that handle sensitive data won't be moving to any of these services anytime soon, and not just because of legal implications for banks, insurances, etc.
Also, the services mentioned above are used predominantely by dot com start-ups or organizations that don't have sensitive data.
They all fail at a very important task too: Keeping your personal documents, pics, etc. - your whole digital life - synced on all of your devices. That's where iCloud excels, which wasn't entioned, even though they have 100+ million users.
