		<description><![CDATA[We&#039;ve had enough shysters pulling fast ones.  The FCC should just tell Light Squared that they can set up satellite communications with the bandwidth they have, or sell it to someone who wants to.  Then if they want to have a terrestrial network, line up and bid for assigned bandwidth like everybody else.  This is akin to my buying an Cessna and complaining I can&#039;t drive it on the freeway.  And then having the gall to say that someone owes me a car so I can drive on the freeway.]]></description>
