Well, a direct tie up probably wouldn&#039;t work. Their technologies are incompatible. But cooperating on regulatory issues definitely makes sense. What benefits AT&amp;T and Verizon, doesn&#039;t necessarily benefit Sprint and T-Mobile anymore.]]></description>
