		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;re framing software patents as a difficult problem to solve.  They are, in fact a trivial problem to solve:  We shouldn&#039;t have them.  Period.  No one except patent trolls and entrenched monopoly software vendors want software patents to exist.  If you filled a room with 100 software engineers (that actually write software for a living), 100 of them would tell you software patents are a nightmare.  They do nothing but hold back innovation and make it more difficult to start a software company in this country.  You want more innovation in America?  Get rid of software patents.]]></description>
