But it states the you will be throttled when on HSPA+ after 3gig and when on LTE after 5gig, the thing is my iphone4 uses HSDPA so why am I getting this text from them? The iPhone4S uses HSPA+. Is this something I could use in a law suite? Let me know please! Thanks to who ever reads this if you have a answer….

If the maximum you can consume in a given month is constrained to a certain amount by artificially throttling the rate at which you can consume it, I don’t think that meets the definition of unlimited.
