		<description><![CDATA[Although the message of Jim is important, I don&#039;t think his conclusion that FMs should wake up is correct. Speaking from my own experience i know FMs in a lot of countries are already doing exactly what he is suggesting. Depending on the maturity of the FM market of that particular country and the culture towards the role of the workspace towards individuals and organisation. I think this is an important nuance to make.
