I like the competition samsung is giving, especially with the Galaxy S2. This competition is good for us consumers as it will keep competition high which based on the law of demand and supply, will keep cost down while the quality of a product increases.

It’s due to their insane laws regarding EU community design patents–OSnews has a great article about it (http://www.osnews.com/story/25056/The_Community_Design_and_you_Thought_the_USPTO_Was_Bad)

seems at this point apple is grasping at straws–think it better to invest that money into the next gen of iDevices.
