the Fisker is a subsidized piece of crap we all own. why give half a billion to fisker instead of Nissan or Toyota when they could use that money to spend and bolster their already popular electric vehicles

If Fisker can raised 1.4B privately, how will their investors make a profit in an IPO when Tesla’s market cap is currently at 2.88B? There is not enough upside, unless they intent to do some serious stock pumping.
