Actually, it is the collaboration parts of google docs that is the most lackluster. At its best, all you get is a chat window and a half duplex way to edit. Is anyone here really happy about collaborating with Google docs? See http://www.dynamicalsoftware.com/ccm/beta for what went wrong and a better approach.
