Apple has done the same in their previous “If you don’t have an iPhone” advertisement, mocking non-iPhone users.

I found the ads extremely hilarious and bold, more so because it really does reflect how Apple fanboys i know behave like. It’s also funny because their ego’s were easily bruised by this commercials instead of taking it with a grain of salt. I think they were preparing for Jihad after seeing these ads. lol

Interesting to note that some of my Apple product owning friends (who aren’t die-hard fanboys) weren’t offended at all and also found the ad humorous stating that they feel sorry for the poor saps standing in line for hours or days instead of doing other productive things.

The most true thing in that commercial is that nobody got out of the iPhone line. I think apples base is growing slower than it was and apples if you don’t have an iPhone adds we’re designed to build loyalty from those who do, preaching to the quire. People just now coming into the smart phone market ( young teens and the elderly) don’t understand the feelings of loyalty and faithfulness IPhone users have. Also young teens and the elderly love making fun of hipsters.

To sum it up: nobody is getting a galaxy that has an iPhone because in typical hipster fashion we all have been bragging about iPhones for 4 years and can’t eat crow now.

I own a Galaxy S. I think the ad is crossing the line by making it seem that smart, able-bodied, tech-savvy people are fools for not being aware of (or utilizing) this specific android phone. It’s not a golden cow, for chrissakes.

Actually, it’s quite a good product. It might not have all the customization android does… but It’s a very good phone. So I don’t know where this notion of “a product thats not actually that good” came from.
